The hotel rooms were cleaned, but the same sheets were on from the entire week, and no toiletries were added in the bathroom. The lack of Wi-Fi was disappointing, especially for a hotel claiming to be like a 5-star property. Additionally, the rooms open out onto the main motorway outside, which is not shown on any photos on the website.
The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms, but the main motorway view may disrupt the peaceful ambiance. The staff's professionalism is lacking, impacting the overall experience negatively. The location is subpar with limited nearby activities, although it may appeal to some for its central positioning. Despite some shortcomings, the dining quality falls short of expectations. On the bright side, the facilities are well-equipped and functional.
